This is a short, simple program that will help you take stock and plan your next steps as a manager. You will receive 2 worksheets to get you focused on the right things:
✔ The Stocktake Review worksheet that will help you to review and assess the last 6 – 12 months.
✔ The Stocktake Planning worksheet that will help you to decide the way forward for the next 6 -12 months
Each worksheet will take between half an hour and a full hour to complete. Just completing these worksheets is a valuable exercise. I wonder, when was the last time you stopped to reflect and think deeply about your role as manager and the performance of your team?
After each worksheet, there’s a ONE HOUR telephone coaching session to help you think better and more effectively about your role and your team’s performance – past, present and future.
